Cannot make One-Time Payment - " We're sorry, but we ran into a problem. Please try again."

I am a seller on eBay and am running into an issue making a one-time payment on a negative balance. I get the error message " We're sorry, but we ran into a problem. Please try again. " I tried different credit cards, browsers, incognito, etc. - all with the same error message. I also tried removing/readding the cards. Any other suggestions without going through a long wait time with customer service? Thanks

Is this an old balance from before you were in Managed Payments?

If it's a negative balance in your Managed Payments account eBay will take the money when it's available, debit your back account or perhaps use a backup funding method if you have that in place.
