I know they tweeked something this week - I had started a listing with womens shoes and the page kept telling me I needed to add a shoe size - trouble is I had added it - and even used Ebay's drop down the next time - after 4 times like this I called customer support where the man stated he had another lady with listing problems for SHOES - we worked on listing it in another category and it took.
I would suggest opening a new window and starting to sell button at top to see if it is that one page, or that one category. They did something this week and the loading listing pages are refreshing to ask you to so something that has already been completed on your draft.
