I recently received an offer from a buyer and I accepted it, a few minutes later, I received the payment. About an hour later they wanted to cancel the order. I decided to go ahead and do it and refund their money, but now, a day later, they're asking me more questions about the item. If they send me an offer, should I accept it? And if they decide to cancel again, can I refuse to do so and just ship the item? Btw I don't accept returns on my items if that helps. Quick sidenote: they did leave a positive review about how I promptly refunded them, so I guess that's a plus.

Personally I would not deal with this nonsense, and I may just be paranoid from spending too much time on the boards but that type of behavior just reeks of "scam".
As suggested above, I would block and ignore this person.
Best of luck.

Add them to your BBL (BLocked Bidder List).
You don't want them to do this to you again.
