This morning I had a buyer request an order be cancelled. 5 minutes later she messaged me and said she still wanted the item. Too late, I had already cancelled. Since I use the out of stock option, it was very simple to add the item back to my inventory and I told her she would have to purchase it again. She purchased the item a second time and when I went to ship, I had the combine shipments banner at the top and both orders appeared. I just removed the cancelled one and shipped as usual because I didn't have time to call eBay and hoped that it would resolve itself. Well, it has not resolved itself. I know I'll have to call CS on this but I'm just curious if anyone else had this happen.
