Asking for help............again lol. I notified a buyer that I had made an error and the item was sold last week. I refunded the buyer but I'm still getting the notification to ship the item. I went back to the order and clicked cancel but am told I can't cancel since I have refunded the buyer. Now what? Thanks for any help, Pat

Simply refunding a buyer does NOT Cancel the transaction. Cancelling a transaction is a function all its own. You will have to chose a reason for the cancellation too. None of the reasons really fit your situation, so you will need to chose that you were out of stock on the item.

Thank you for replying. I "talked" with a virtual assistant who assured me that all was well. I signed on this morning and there it was, on my notifications, "paid-ship now"! I have a coffee cup that says "sometimes you just have to laugh" Thanks again, Pat

I'm not sure I understand. What I said previously is true. The notification will stay there until you actually cancel the transaction. Your choice.
