Cancel a cancellation request from buyer

Buyer requested to cancel an order form me. So I started the cancellation request. However, communication between me and the buyer settled to the buyer wanting what they purchased. The item has been shipped to the buyer and no refund has been issued. But I recieved a verified cancellation notice from eBay. How do I cancel the cancellation request since the item has been purchased and shipped to the buyer?

Yes...it is very confusing. the item was not marked shipped before i put the request to cancel from the buyer. once i put the cancellation request in, the item was marked waiting for approval. i checked my paypal account and the payment to me had already been made. to this day nothing is showing in paypal as refunded, deducted, or the money returned. i just recieved the email from ebay yesterday that the cancellation was approved.

Here's how a buyer can close a return or cancellation request:

-Go to your Purchase history under My eBay.
-Locate the item you opened a request for and click View order details.
-Click on the Close this request.
