Can't void shipping label from PayPal.

I hope its ok to post this question since technically its a PayPal question. I tried to find help through them to no avail. Basically I need to Void a shipping label, and every time I try to do so, I get an error message saying to try again later. My payment method was whatever was left in my balance and a credit card. Any ideas?

Do you have your activity at PP linked to an email address, i.e. did you get an email notification for you purchasing the label?

If so, try going to the email and see if it allows you to cancel there.

I just tried. Same issue. It says "We're unable to process your request. Please try later."
