Can't verify my number for managed payments

I'm a new seller and when  I get to the linking page to link my account with managed payments,  I'm asked to verify my number which is already verified and when I click text me or call me, I get a red notification  at the top of the page saying

You are in Nigeria, do you need to sign up with a bank account or with Payoneer?
