Long story short. Abusive buyer who for whatever reason buys sealed video games decides to return them all for some unspecified reason (got contacted by another seller who feared i was about to be scammed who had also talken to someone else in the exact same situation).
I select "can't purchase shipping label because buyer is in a different country yaddiyadda"
Case now shows "waiting for buyer to return item"
Buyer contacts ebay support in the third world.
Gets notified that i have to front shipping to abusive buyer
Find a way to purchase shipping label to abusive buyer
Send message to abusive buyer with shipping label
Email says i will have to upload tracking documentation into the open request
Case has no way for me to upload any information. The email from the third world ebay support employee is from a "non monitored inbox".

What i fear at this point is that this absolute worthless ebay "buyer" will just say meh im not gonna return it, wait for the timeframe to run out and then keep the item free of charge.

@assortedcollectibles You don't get the money until the item is deliverd at the front door.

I would suggest saying exactly what you said to a eBay support representative.
At least try to contact eBay with that info.

You are in Norway, where was your buyer?
If you can not send a label (outside Norway) you are required to pay the buyer for return postage via Paypal, if you don't do that eBay will step in and refund without requiring return.

Lets just take a moment to reflect upon all of this.
The buyer may return the item for whatever reason, the seller will have to pay for this because of ebay shortsightedness. Giving an international customer a return label is not without hassle because there may be language barriers, maybe their postal service does not allow foreign nationals to use their service, paypal is not required on this site anymore und so weiter. He may just say.. hey i don't have paypal i pay with credit card! and what are we supposed to do then? Wire transfer the money? Send a "confirmation" in the form of a screenshot from your bank website? (via messages mind you that may or may not be monitored) Also there was no mention of paypal or any alternative solution.. it was "fork over a shipping label or else".
It is all so tiresome and extremely unprofessional, especially when there is more than enough indications in their system pointing towards the "buyer" being someone that should have been booted of the site for wasting both ebay and sellers time..
On top of all of this i pay an "international fee" for doing business here.. LOL.
