Anyone else getting the following error message when trying to send an invoice:
"There is some technical error, please try after sometime."
I have a regular customer who bought 4 items and I can't send him a combined invoice.
Ebay Customer Service phone support lines are (according to the recording I got when I called) are
unavailable as they are complying with health department guidelines.
They can't just leave us without a way to get some help!
I pay 5 figures a year in eBay fees!
Anyone got any suggestions?

No suggestions unfortunately but you are not alone. Many sellers including myself are experiencing this exact issue tonight. Hopefully eBay's IT dept. will fix this soon but with the coronavirus situation there could be additional delays.

Just tried again (10:33 CST) & after several repeats of the same error message it finally worked, so fingers crossed it may be fixed now.

Yes after a couple hours it did the same to me. Multiple attempts, but finally worked.
