Can't see any products for sale on a specific sellers page even though he's selling stuff

So I'm not banned , we never met before but his shop is empty . But when you go through his feedback and click the the product codes , you can see what he's selling . No indication of them being private listings or anything

I can't directly ask the person but am i banned from his side from viewing his store ?

If a seller puts a member on their blocked-bidders list, that member can still see their listings. There is no way for a seller to block a member from seeing their items.  Even if there was a way, it could be evaded just by logging out of the blocked account.

eBay uses the term "private listing" in a very specific way.  Everyone can see the listing and bid/buy, but the seller's feedback history will not show any details about the listing (title, price listing number, etc.).

Sellers have the option to hide all their listings using a vacation setting; check one of the seller's listings to see if there's a vacation notice at the top. Another possibility is that he has forced all of his listings into Out of stock" status by changing the "Quantity available" to zero. Those listings won't show up in regular searches and purchases can't be made.

If your primary registered address is in a location that the seller won't ship to, then you won't be shown their listings.

If he is shipping from a foreign country and tyour search has USA Only selected, you will not see his items. 

Why can't you directly ask him?

eBay does not show items in search (or in a Store) when the seller does not ship to the buyer's location.

You are in Sri Lanka.

The seller most likely does not ship to Sri Lanka.

There's a similar issue I’ve encountered during the past few months. It happens on and off with different sellers. 

There will be periods where you can not see any of the items sellers have listed for sale by clicking “Visit Store” or “See All Items.”

This bug also has nothing to do with country. It occurs with a US shipping address and with sellers who offer Worldwide shipping.

Example of bug:

Find an item in search. Click to see sellers other items and no items are displayed. (Not even the one found in search.)

Click on sellers user name and number of items for sale is displayed along with a selection of thumbnails from listings.

You can click on any item shown in the small selection of listing thumbnails and view those listings.

But, click on “See all items” or “Visit Store” and the none of the sellers items are displayed. 

The sellers store and list of items for sale are all empty.
