Can't pay by debit card

Dear Sir/Madam,

Payment by debit card is not possible. Pays money from bank to eBay. The amount will be refunded back to the bank account from eBay.

The problem is not ebay.

Buyers in Sri Lanka having problems paying using a debit card should contact their bank:

Contact your bank or card holder.  They can explain.
