On 13th of May and 14th of May 2 of my items are sold out. But buyers did not pay for these. So this 2 of items went to "Awaiting Payment" category.
There was not any problem to me about this. Because this is normal way. So I sent their Invoices. But they did not pay.
After a few weeks, I tried to cancel this orders or open an unpaid item case for buyers because I had to pay to eBay. But they do not show me any option to that. It seems like this,
There aren't any option to cancel the order. So please help me to cancel the orders.
Thank you very much!
Hope your reply!

Yep, it's a new policy. You have to cancel the order and move on. It sucks that we have to chase buyers to pay for something when Ebay has their credit card and can charge it immediately when they win the bid or accept the offer.
If you go to twitter and send a message to Ebayhelp (@ ebayhelp) they will reply quicker and help you.

Reset your preferences. You have to set your preferences for cancellations.

eBay does not have my credit card nor would they have the credit card of anyone who used PayPal, Google or Apple to pay for their purchases.
eBay policy is clear and unchanged for years and years. Sellers have 30 days to open an old Unpaid Item Claim or use the new Cancellation method. It's actually a blanket policy, any type of cancellation must be done or intiated within 30 days.
The OP appears to have waited too long.
