Can't list item due to technical issue.

I have not been able to list my very first items for sale.  Now when I click the List It Button, I get an error message, "Your request couldn't be processed because of a technical issue. Please try again."  I have been with customer service and not a clear answer. Please help me..

I see nothing obvious.

Next to no info in OP, and nothing stands out, and I never see those error messages, so have not had occasion to explore them and what can cause them. As loveyourimagination49 pointed out, Sri Lanka.

Could be a browser issue, involve missing account setup pieces (backup payment method, etc) and that generic error is displayed instead of something useful, location, something wrong in the listing that doesn't throw a specific error, or any combination of things.

With more info such as browser/OS, what exact listing page errors out, details about a specific listing failing, what steps in account setup have been completed, maybe some "there's the problem" will emerge.

Only thing I can think of at the moment would be for OP to review checklist of new seller requirements (I don't know what they are but sure others have them on the tips of their fingers), try switching to to advanced listing form if using Quick listing form, and/or try another browser.
