So in one day earlier this week I had 2 different people leave a negative feedback, one of which was an item that was sold through the international program and was returned so the buyer was refunded and the other was an item that just wasnt checked diligently enough on my part. I reached out to both buyers and the international buyer never responded but the other buyer did and we agreed on a $20 refund so they could replace or repair the item in question, they seemed to be very happy and said they would change their feedback so I sent a revision request but I'm not sure if they understand how to go thought to change it. As after talking with them again they think that they have changed it but it still is the same on my end. So I contacted Ebay and requested that they remove both feedbacks but I just received messages saying they are unable to remove them. Any suggestions?

The international policy says that you are protected against:
so, you may be out of luck with that one.
Keep in mind that feedback is essentially the representation of the buyer's experience. As long as they do not violate the feedback rules, they are under no obligation to revise, and eBay is under no obligation to remove.

Buyer gets only 10 days to do a revision...after 10 days nothing can be done by the buyer.
Top Rated Plus seller...I thought they can have negative feedbacks removed?
Others here should be able to help.
I mean, what's the point of being a TRP seller if negative feedbacks are not taken care of?
