Can't choose store category when listing

I've been dealing with this issue for a while now and it's become quite frustrating...

 

When listing I no longer get the option to choose which store category to link the listing to.  The only way I can get my items linked to my store categories is to use bulk editing after the listings are live. If I try to revise an individual listing, it still doesn't give me any store options.  Also, I am no longer able to set my promoted rate when setting up a listing. Instead, after I submit the listing, it asks me if I want to promote it (to whatever ridiculous rate eBay recommends, no option to change) I can edit this after the listing is live though. I used to be able to choose these options when setting up a listing.. I am not sure what happened or how to fix it. I should note that I do all of my listings from my mobile device, possibly an app issue?   Thank you for any help you can provide!!

Sounds like an app issue as the browser way works find.  Post this on the app board for comment.

Try using your browser on your mobile device until the app gets fixed.

I went to your store and I don't see any store categories.

Maybe that's why you are unable to select a store category?

Go to my store and look under the round store logo to the left.

Then go to your store and look under your store logo.

I see no store categories.

Wait!  You don't have a store!

I was looking at your list of items for sale.

Are you talking about another selling ID?

That's a major problem because I'm talking about this account, I've been paying for a basic store subscription for 5 months. I'll be very upset if I've been paying for nothing this entire time.  I can see it on my end, categories and all.. but still unable to link items to a category when listing on PC or Mobile.  I suppose I need to contact customer support to figure out what is going on, im sure they will be very helpful 😒
