Can't change offer settings on listings

Hello people,

Has anyone been dealing with this problem too? 
When I click on "change offer settings", this empty window shows up. I tried another browser, opened from different computer, but still showing the same thing on all the listings of which I sent offers & i want to change.

Somethings can not be changed after posting, even less could be changed after there is bid, even less (if anything) certain time  before the end .

Test this by opening new listing and see if that window populates before posting.

If populates then we got the answer, if not we still got a problem ... 🤔.

@sanmoonshine Have you tried directly editing the listing? You can change best offer setting by using the "revise your item" link on the top of the page.

Thanks for your reply, I tried but it's irrelevant unfortunately.

The problem is in the offers that I sent to the buyers watching the item. It's in the "Send offers" section which is different than "Best offers" 😕
