Can’t attach photos to a buyer’s question

Someone asked a question about an item I have listed. I tried to attach photos to my reply but I kept getting a server error notice. It’s not me. I tried from my iPad and desktop. What’s up?

Having the same issue, was having the same issue all weekend was hoping by now it would be resolved. What's going on?

I just did that this morning, worked fine for me.

What browser?  I canno do much in firefox any more.  We use Edge now with minimal issues.

Responded to a question and sent 2 pix this morning with no issues.

Can you add pix to the listing for everyone to see and email potential buyer you have updated the listing?

What file format are the photos?  If you took them on your iPad they may be the new file format Apple uses that may not be compatible.  Try exporting them as JPG and trying again if so.
