I have about three orders right now of buyers wanting local pickup but they are in another state. I am trying to Cancel the orders and refund but it says to add a payment method when i already have my bank account and debit card linked. I even Have money on my ebay account already so i dont know why it keeps saying that, really frustrating.

Your checking account is for eBay to deposit payouts.
Link a credit card for seller fees like refunds or when your seller fees exceed your payout.

Is it giving you an option on how to refund? What happens when you try to refund with the funds in your bank account or your debit card?

You won’t get the .30 transaction fee refunded and you will still owe that amount after the refund. So eBay is requiring you to specify a payment for ‘selling fee. You can specify that selling fees be taken from the bank account you already have linked or from a credit card. You can do that my going to: account — payments.
I realize that you already have your bank account attached but that is used to give you the money you are owed. Now eBay wants you to specify where you want the money taken from when you owe them and there isn’t enough in pending payments available.

This isn’t what you’re asking, but you can allow the buyers to hire transport - most companies and individual haulers will take single items as part of a larger load.
I love mid century furniture, so I buy it all over and arrange my own pick up.

Your message is confusing to me. Under this ID, you have sold a milk steamer and have a mild steamer for sale.
Were these three orders sold under a different ID?
