Can someone shed light on this listing allotment question please?

Hi all:)  When you sign up for the managed payments it says that you will receive 250 auction style or fixed price when Ebay manages your payments, ok I did that in Feb and have listed all kinds of different items with my free insertions....For June listing allotment it now says 250 in "select" categories, such as fashion and collectibles.

I noticed yesterday when listing some things it was charging me .25 for things that I had listed last month for free. Is this a glitch, does anyone know? 

I have contacted Csr's 3 times over the past 3 days and have gotten 3 different answer's, none of them could really explain why I went from being able to list anything to listing only in 2 cats for free insertion fees.   Am I the only one this is happening to?

You do realize that your fixed price GTC items that don't sell count against that 250 limit each month, right?  So when they automatically roll over every month they count against that 250 limit.

I get 10,000 freebies in collectibles every month.  Something like 1500 of them get chewed up through the GTC program each month.  That's fine for me now, but once I have 9000 items recycling it will be time to close the doors.

You only get the "1st month free" with your free listings offer.    You have to pay listing fee for 2nd month and every month after that.  Only way to stop monthly fee is the "end your listings".
