If you have still have PayPal  you can find what you paid in shipping on there, by downloading the reports.

eBay unfortunately doesn't keep records for you.  What I do is I create a receipt of everything I sell, with all the costs and fees, and shipping charges.  You could just do it in a spiral notebook.  Or create a spreadsheet on your computer.

You could also print out a packing slip for  yourself which has what the buyer paid, etc.   Then add the info like cost, your shipping cost and eBay fees.  Then keep in a notebook   I also add the username of the buyer, so I can see if they have bought from me before.  Something eBay should be telling their sellers so they know if they have repeat buyers.

Whether your transactions were through PayPal or Ebay's Managed Payments, you can download monthly files that contain that info.  I do all my record keeping in Excel.  Every month, I download the data, open it in Excel, and after a bunch of sorting and totaling, I have these numbers within minutes.

The answer to that depends entirely upon where you bought your shipping, and how you paid for it.

At the top of Seller Hub go to "Performance" - Then on left side click "Sales".  This will allow you to run sales reports for specific time periods.  Shipping label cost is broken down in the middle under the graphs.  You can run these reports for all of 2020, so it won't matter if you are in Managed Payments or not.

EBay has reports you can run for the past year or so now.
