I activated a promotion back in July when I received it. I sold a qualifying item on Aug 8th and have yet to see any sign of a coupon come my way.

The rules of the promotion make no sense to me though, so I really don't know when I'm supposed to receive it.

"The Promotion will begin on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at 00:00:01 PT (12:00AM plus one second), and will end on Friday, August 18, 2017, at 23:59:59 PT (11:59PM plus 59 seconds), for listings on www.ebay.com (“Promotion Listing Period”). Sellers who create listings during the Promotion Listing Period, complete a final sale, and receive payment in full for the item(s) from the buyer by 23:59:59 PT on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, will be eligible to earn an eBay Coupon."

It stated I should recieve the coupon within a month, but the date above for when payment had to be made in full blew that up.

You need to call CS and take that up with them. Maybe ask for a supervisor and read the promotion to them and ask where your coupon is.

Thanks, I'll have to work up to that. I have my doubts about anything constructive coming from that but I guess I'll have to try.

The promotion ended on August 18th, 2017 and they state payment in full must have occured by February 28, 2017. I wonder how they will explain that.

That's my thought. It is inexplicable and kind of embarrassing.
