I have never used the Stores Ad feature, so can't help you.
But I'm curious: does ebay define these terms anywhere? And just what is the difference between a "click" and a "store view" since a click presents me with a store page to view?
And I assume "new to store" means the user who clicked and viewed your store page had never been to your store before?

Yeah it doesn't seem to be working. I mean the odds of all those people having been to my store before.. I don't know. Maybe a store view counts as both a click and a store view, and if you click on the item part of the ad it only counts as a click and not a store view.

@iamcara So you don't see any explanation from ebay about what the terms mean? ebay has a real knack for putting this stuff out there without any explanation. Communication is an art ebay has never grasped.
I agree, it does seem odd that NONE of those clicks came from people who had never been to your store before, but I suppose it is possible.

Unless they buy and pay for an item in you store or non store it is meaningless information in my book. So those non buyers I would classify them as simply loiterers that "do the walk on by".
Dionne Warwick sang it best in 1964 but this comes a close 2nd https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=do+the+walk+on+by+lyrics+dire+straits
