Can not edit a listing

I have been trying to edit listings for weeks and still can not do it.  When I go to edit it takes me to "bulksell . ebay . com" .  Never took me there before.  I go ahead and make the revision ... preview it to make sure it is correct ... click on update and I arrive at an error page.... "Looks like this page is missing. If you still need help, visit our help pages.:  Online help ... for the lack of a better word... sucks.  When you finally have someone calling you back from God knows where .... they are equally as useless. 

I am not a novice on ebay and have been selling here for DECADES and I have brought hundreds of sellers here.   I have never been more frustrated with ebay than I am right now.  I am about ready to pull 150 listings and start selling on another platform.  Doesn't appear that they care about customer support anymore.  And BTW... sales have tanked in the past 60 days... whet the heck is up with that?

SAME!!! 2nd one hour call each time in past 2 weeks and transferred from customer support to “Trust & Security” then BACK to customer support who said this was a KNOWN issue! She said it was past week only which I knew not to be the case so EBay has them read a script! I asked for a voucher for all the sales I’ve missed due to someone “internally” at EBay turning my notifications “OFF” which was another hour long call as my notifications are “ON”. Tonight I saw the gray padlock on just the description and price then another item had locked the shipping so I couldn’t edit that either!!! I had multiple offers on multiple listings and lost out on several sales the past month or so! I’ve been a 100% Seller AND Buyer since 2003 and  ALSO about to say **bleep** it to EBay unless they fix this “Known” issue” and give us all a voucher or gift certificate commensurate with how much we’ve lost in sales because the offers sent are all expired and do not have Nat way to contact them OR the dates to reflect WHEN they were even sent! So not only are Buyers not getting the items they desire to purchase but Sellers aren’t selling their items due to EBay!!! Personally I think they’ve created algorythms to redirect buyers to the listings that people PAY to be seen first! Sorta like the same **bleep** FB did! Or they are most likely hacked!! I DO know on the app where it has “Tell ya what you think” they have NOT listened to our feedback because they haven’t done anything to rectify the problems or issues! Let’s move! ETSEY anyone ? 🤑
