Can not cancel

Some one has bought an item from me which were pick up only, but has asked me to post it. I would like to  cancel transaction. But when I press cancel i get this error:

' you can't can't cancel this order quite yet. You need to wait from the time of purchase to cancel. '

The buyer says she already paied.  When I check the item, it says buyer paid at a date.

Has she really paid?

How can I return her money if yes?

You should be able to cancel.  Reason: "problem with buyers address" or "buyer asked to cancel".

Hopefully it's a temporary glitch. Try again later.  If not, contact ebay.
