Can i sell from Greece? (Requirements)

Hello,

I am interested in start selling products from Greece to Europe through eBay.

I have already bought some things but never sell here. So i am new to the "world of selling".

So, first of all, I would like to ask if I could sell products in European or even US eBay site distributed from Greece.

Also, i want to know the requirements for start selling on eBay.

1) Do I have to set up a company or can I sell as an individual seller?

2) Does eBay ask for verification documents, except for ID, bank statements, as like utility bills on my name etc as  Amazon does?

3) The shipping is always arranged by eBay or i have to calculate it by my own?

Of course, i have many more questions but let's start with these for the moment.

Thank you in advance

Can i sell from Greece? (Requirements)

Hello,

I am also a seller but from Israel I'll try to answer your questions:

General:  You can sell to every country you wish and you can set it on the listing page (in the exclusion section at the bottom - you can save your preferences for all future listings in this section. Your listing will be on ebay.com site (worldwide). If you like to list on other local ebay sites you will have to ask someone with experience, I don't know how to do it.

1. You don't have to set up a company to sell on ebay, but you will need to know what are your taxes on your income from it in Greece.

2. No. You need to connect your paypal to your ebay account to recieve the money (or other payment method that you choose - you also set it on the listing page).

3. You need to calculate your shipping cost to the countries you choose to sell to.

There is also the global shipping program, that you send your items to warehouse and ebay "fulfills" the shipping but I also don't have experience with that so you will have to ask someone that knows that.

I hope it will help a little and hope I'm correct with that information
