Can i list an item for sell thats required 5-7 weeks to build ?

I am a wheel brand and our wheel is made by order only and it needs 5 to 7 weeks to make. 

I want to sell our wheels on eBay but not sure if eBay allows me to list them even tho it need time to manufacture? because when a deal close there is only 1,2 and 3 handling business day only? so how can I fix that and any advice will be appreciated.

No, you cannot sell and item on eBay and then ship it 5 to 7 weeks later.

There are two version of the eBay listing form.  If you use the Advanced version, then you can post a handling time up to 30 days.  But 30 days is the maximum allowed.

Some items are simply not a good fit for the eBay venue.

IMHO  a made-to-order item that cannot ship within a few days would be one of those.
