Can a ebay member have two or more selling accounts ? Is it legal? If it is legal, can the seller use the same payout method(same payout account) to take payout from the both accounts?

Sure, lots of sellers have multiple accounts but I am curious, you only have two items listed why would you need a second account. Since you are in Sri Lanka you may want to check your countries laws and what may be required to setup a second account either within eBay or Payoneer.

If you register another account you must have a different email address but all your other information can be the same.

You can't have two accounts for listing more items than permitted by eBay seller account at the beginning.

I think you can buy different ebay store other than number of selling accounts.

Sure...I have 2 selling accounts. One for my business items under my business name and one for my personal items that don't belong on my business listings but I also have different bank accounts and information on each account.
I came, I saw, I stuck around!

Yes. You can. When it comes to selling limits and If you have more than one seller account, you may also be able to raise your limits by linking to your other, more established seller account. If your accounts can be linked, you'll see that option when you select Request higher selling limits in the Monthly selling limits section of My eBay's Selling Overview - opens in new window or tab.

It is absolutely "legal", and eBay even has a Multiple Account Policy that passively encourages it.

If you are going to recommend something to another seller that is going to cost them money you should include the link in your recommendation so they know where to look at how to do that. I will make the same recommendation that I make to most of the Sri Lankan sellers that post here. You should read and understand some of the help files before you start selling or posting questions/answers on this forum.
The following link outlines how to open an eBay store and the costs associated with doing so.

You're from Sri Lanka.
You have 0 feedback.
You have nothing listed.
Probably never sold a thing on ebay in your life.
Why are you concerned about multiple accounts?
Next you're going to be asking how to increase your selling limits.

Hello honourable seller..
I respect you for spend your time to make a reply on my post.
Yes as you said I am from sri lanka and I'm very new to ebay selling.I have listed only three items yet,and got two feedback so far in this short time.
I'm not wondering about the thing that you mentioned by saying I haven't any feedback and no any item to sell.I invite you to check my store by changing your country as USA or UK,because I think I already blocked your my store to your country.
Thank you!!

Subscribing to a store will not increase your monthly limits.
The OP only has 2 items listed, that's not worth having a store.

On your toucan painting - in the first couple of pictures, it looks as though it is local artist created, but the last picture looks like a "print", not something hand painted.
Is there a reason you have the last picture on the listing - makes this very confusing and based on the price point, might deter a buyer from considering the item? Just an observation.
Good luck, be safe.
