Can I use Ebay without PayPal?

PayPal seems to be catering to scammers and I have had several buyers reuse to use them. I understand the complaints about PayPal as I have been ripped off by them  myself and PayPal failing to honor their fraud polices and enabling scammers. In my case I ordered an item that was never delivered. The fraudulent seller then claimed to PayPal they had shipped the item and in spite of no documentation, PayPal sided with their fellow scammer and kept my money and their commission.

Yes.

If you're a seller you must use eBay without PP by providing a bank account for managed payments.

As a buyer you can use Google Pay or use a CC directly..
