Can I sell on German ebay eventhough I´m located in Finland? and what are the fees for selling?

Never sold anything on ebay before and was wondering if I can make a listing on ebay.de ? and what fees will apply for selling there if I´m located in Finland?

Since there does not appear to be an "eBay Finland", you are going to have to pick something else.  Since eBay Germany is in the EU, that would be one logical choice.  Here is a list of all of them:
