Hello. I recently did my second sale on Ebay. When I clicked in the notification bell, I was redirected to the page bellow
In my first sell this did not happen (or at the very least I did not see it). I don't know why the difference, perhaps related to the way the buyer purchased it? The first time after the sell, I was able to select the shipping cost this time it was already selected at prior by the buyer.
Anyway my questions are simple. 1) Why the difference (this time this screen showed up, the first not) and 2) Can I ignore this shipping label stuff and just ship it normally? I know the value is waiting to be release in my pay-pal account, as was the first time.
Thanks for your time.

I have no idea how you would have been able to print a US postal service label last time since you are not in the US. As others have mentioned, you will have to print the label through the service (Brazil Post?) that you are going to use to mail the item.
On another note...you should have a look at the way you have set up shipping. When you list on ebay.com domestic shipping ALWAYS refers to shipping from within the US so you have to price it accordingly. When you fill out the domestic shipping option you are pricing for shipping to the US..not for within Brazil. You are using the correct 'service' as your listings show 'standard shipping from outside of the US' but you since you are charging less to the US than to any other country, I suspect that you thought that domestic shipping would be the cost to Brazil.
If you want to see the shipping costs as your buyers see them, go into one of your listings and click on the shipping tab and change the location to another country and click on see rates.
If you want to have a less expensive shipping cost to Brazil you can do so. Let me know if you want to do that and I will explain how. It will still say that it is international shipping but you can change the cost.

Maybe the first listing was on the eBay site for Brazil.

They did sell an item on April 8th that was listed here (it was in $US ) so I'm assuming that is the listing that they are referring to. I'm not sure if there is an ebay Brazil site now. One site did show me a link but it brought me to a site called mercado live Brazil.

In your first international shipping option - In the box under 'Ship to' change it from worldwide to 'Choose custom location' and then check off Brazil. You will still have to use a generic service such as standard international but you can then change the shipping cost for Brazilian buyers only.
Under that option click on 'offer another service'. On that option you can put the Ship To as worldwide with the price that you want to charge to everywhere else.
Make sure that you do your option for Brazil BEFORE you do the worldwide option. If you do the worldwide one first, that is the shipping cost Brazilian buyers will see when they are searching. If you do Brazil first, when they click on one of your listings and then click on the shipping tab, they will see the cost for shipping to Brazil and shipping to worldwide but as long as you put the Brazil price first, that is the default cost that they will see in search and on the invoice. I'm in Canada and that's how I set it up when I am listing on the US site. If you have any questions, feel free to message me.
