Restrictions have been added to my account because of due to the seller's performance standards policy and seller dashboard showing this information :

Transaction defect rate
0.00%0 of 28 transactions

Late shipment rate
1 out of 23 transactions
......
Cases closed without seller resolution
0.00%0 of 28 transactions
......
Tracking uploaded 4 of 7 transactions
55.56%

I had 220 listings in my store, but eBay deleted all of my listings except for one listing and told me that I could add new listings and receive payments after 60 days. But I have a question, Can I add listings that eBay deleted again? Or I have to create new listings and take new photos of the products. It's the first time I'm facing this problem, so I just want to be sure

I’m guessing if eBay took down all but 1 listing you can’t have anything more than that. It may be wise to check with eBay first before you decide to relist.

I would suggest talking to eBay directly so you do not get restricted permanently by getting the wrong advice here.

I'd follow @greatmidwestcoin 's advice.

The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.

When the current restrictions are listed, you can relist any of the closed/unsold listings, provided none were the reason for the restrictions in the first place.
