Can I Give a Partial Refund therough Managed Payments?

     I sold a handmade item and have not sent it out yet. I realized I mis-measured it and it is slightly smaller than the listing said. 

     I want to offer the buyer a small partial refund if she still wants the item.

 Is there a way to do this through MP?

Sellers Hub - Orders --> All Orders --> left of item click drop down --> Send Refund
