Hello Guys 

so today I wanted to connect to my account 

the confirmation page showed up 

I clicked to receive a confirmation code on my phone but I didn't receive anything so I tried again then this came up 

Call us at  and mention security code *********, This is not the same confirmation code to confirm your account.

I can't call eBay now for personal reasons but I need to access my account 

please is there any other way to confirm my account

I don't believe we can help. Sorry..

If this is a verification process and they tell you to call, you probably have to call..

You could try reaching out to them on Facebook but account verification has a specific process.

And just to further elaborate on what @pikabo-icu said, this is a member-to-member forum. Ebay does not really read here that much at all.

In many cases we, the community, can offer assistance to help other members but this seems to be one of the times we cannot.
