Just got it confirmed by eBay that they have been having glitches the last few hours and currently working on it.
Thise nof affected, great! But for those who are, just a little heads up that there are some serious glitches going on that are preventing buyers from being able to buy your items, as told to me by an eBay CS Tech Team Representitive.

Yep.
Just had a repeat buyer pay for multiple items separately because the cart would not let her pay for everything at once 😞
I had given her a 20% Off Promo link good for 3 or more items ... it looked good in the cart ... but ...
She sent me a heads-up about it. She wasn't angry at me, thank g#d.
Because I will honor my deal and give her the discount anyway ... now I'm stuck paying the FVF on 20% more item price ... and the uncombined shipping 😞 😞

This is horrible. Everyone should be compensated for this nonsense.
Should be pulling in a few hundred this weekend, instead I'm looking at 2 sales and $40.....

The Ebay cart, checkout system, paypal interface has been seriously malfunctioning for well over a year. There is not a week that goes by that I don't get an error message of some kind - either loading my cart, adding an item to my cart, or loading the paypal interface.
IT IS BORKED.
The loss of revenue from abandoned carts has to be MASSIVE.

When a server stalls no action on any function will take place, all any user can do regardless of what URL they are on when a server stalls is close their browser out and try again, eBay servers have been stalling for over a year now just about every day, some days are worse than others.
Until new data centers are brought online, this overloading of eBay servers will not be solved.

Pretty funny since the whole Ebay system seems to be one big 24/7 glitch.

What good is that going to do, none of those people are server administrators, coders or work in IT ?

These are the people that can tell you to reboot, clear cache, change browser.
These are the people who can tell you ebay never has any issues, glitches like these are nothing more than ebay urban myth and legend.
These are the people who can tell you "we never heard of this issue", "we will let the appropriate team know", "we will get back with an answer soon."
Covered.

HI everyone - We were experiencing some issues earlier in the day yesterday but everything should be resolved now. We aren't currently offering any compensation but keep checking the Announcement Board for any changes to that.
