I CANNOT EXCLUDE COUNTRIES LIKE EUROPE WHEN LISTING. WHEN I CLICK 'SAVE AND CLOSE' AFTER CLICKING EXCLUDING COUNTRIES IT DID NOT SAVE,, WHY? PLS HELP

YES I CAN ONLY REMOVE ALL EUROPE COUNTRIES. CAN NOT REMOVE SOME OF THEM ONLY. PLS HELP

i also have this issue and i have to deny shipping to all European countries for this reason. I can select any other county outside the Europe tab and it will apply, but if selecting a European country, save and close gives me an empty list. This is likely an eBay update issue because now instead of Europe, it says Europe+UK. Only after this change did the issue show up. Unfortunately Ebay staff are not in the office when i try to call so for now, no Europe. Id much rather lose a sale than have a massive shipping bill and a bad review. As i am a new seller, a bad review i cannot afford.
