CONTACTING EBAY

I have been trying to list an item to sell on EBAY, when i do, im told that i have reached my limit, mind you, i have not sold anything for the last three months. Ebay then tells me to contact them to increase my limit... HOW?? when i try to go thru the customer service, i keep coming up with articles, and how tos. when i go to the increase my limit menu, im told there that im unable to do so... why?? who knows.. this sucks. EBAY get your act together.

It appears you haven't sold any thing in quite a while.  If there are no sales within 90 days, ebay treats you like a new seller.  New sellers are subject to limits and how much they can make.  Ebay can also hold what ever funds you receive up to 30 days.  This is to back the Money Back Guarantee that in effect for buyers.   Have you signed on for managed payments?  There is no more Paypal either.

Go to think link and get signed up for managed payments via your bank account:

Have a great day and welcome back!

You signed up for Payoneer and have been approved?

Has eBay approved you to sell here?
