Hmm...I wonder if there will be any changes to the CBD listing policy with the recent changes to the Farm Bill. I would certainly hope so.

No one else matters. If ebay says no, then the answer is no.

The Farm Bill legalizes CDB only if it is sourced from licensed growers of industrial hemp. Until CBD is full legal in all States I expect eBay's policy will remain unchanged because they have no way of determining that an individual seller is offering product from a licensed source.

I'm not sure that just being legal to all states will change the status on ebay. As long as ebay has international sellers/buyers, and places where it might be illegal, I suspect that it may just stay the way it is - not available. Much easier than excluding certain places.

I imagine eBay will consider this to be the same as tobacco/alcohol, so I highly doubt they will change policy just because it's legal. Unless I'm totally wrong about whatever CBD is....if CBD actually means Carrot Buying Dancers or Char-Broiled Donuts then I apologize for my irrelevant input and please carry on as if it never happened.
Not bad, not bad, at all.
It is the non-psychoactive part of pot. The hemp seed oil, I can go to the health food restaurant down the way and pick it up from the display and a number of health food store carry it, as well. One of the few things that keeps me from going into a sleep-deprivation cycle from pain. Also, very good - in my experience - for neuropathy pain.

Most oils or food ingredients sold as containing high amounts of CDB are illegal under current Federal law and many States have similar prohibitions. Nothing in the new "Farm Bill" changes that.
There are exemptions of course for medical use.

For the record, I have checked, and Char-Broiled Donuts are allowed. Carrot Buying Dancers ...there is a grey area, I'm still researching.
@gracieallen01 I don't want you to live in pain, I am but a stranger in the midst of billions, though I am wishing for you. I agree, you should be able to acquire what you need for a comfortable life. I wish the best for you

IMHO a change to farm bill will have no effect whatsoever on eBay policy.

Thank you for your thoughts. You are most kind.
If it is of any consulation, I have lived a very, very full life, thus far, and still plan on going out kicking and screaming. I have to, as I must keep in shape for MY estate sale, when the time comes.
(sort of a shame that, considering the season, you didn't come up with 'Cavorting Belly Dancers' - definately a dark gray area)

I do believe it is dependent on the state. I'm in Calif., it is (state) legal and I can get anything here - over the counter - with a photo ID for entry into the establishment (CbD, no ID needed). There is very little THC in CbD. One variation I take is CbD:THCA , 1:1. The THCA is a catalyst, rather than a part of the psychoactive, and assists the CbD to be more active and effective. I believe the legal limit for hemp oil is 0.3% THC in the CbD.
*There is a lot of literature online and very little that isn't 'qualified', an advertisment or hype, so don't take my word. One needs to do their own research!
However, it is going to take years - in my opinion - for them to sort out what is what. I think it will finally boil down to who gets what tax and how much.

No change from ebay despite the long overdue Farm Bill.
The DEA still classifies CBD as Schedule 1, with one exception that benefits a British pharmaceutical cartel member.
Technically, Ebay prohibits CBD listings and sale$. (but doesn't enforce at-large)
Search cbd on ebay and there is an abundance of CBD product listings. If I can type CBD and find 1000+ listings, so can ebay; that's why I say that ebay doesn't enforce their policy at-large.
The prohibitionists are a dying breed, imo.

They will have to start putting genetic markers in commercial cannabis to determine the stock source.
Until they stary doing that it will be difficult to determine the source of the cbd

That is not correct. The bills provides the ability to grow and source hemp and CBD without any special permits.
12-22-2018 06:32 PM
That is absolutely incorrect.
