Is there no way to call ebay anymore? Both phone numbers I have answer, but it's a recording!  They say It looks like there's a problem with this listing.

I updated my credit card number but it still won't let me list an item.

Have you updated your bank account information and provided your social security number. eBay now requires this information from every seller. No ifs and buts.

I see a sale in December... were you/are you signed up for Managed Payments? I wonder if eBay wants you to update your bank checking account information, not a credit card number. Hmmm...

What phone number did you call?   EBAY does not have phone number where you can contact them (you have to give EBAY your phone number and wait for EBAY callback).

There are scams going around the internet with phony EBAY numbers (just a way to get your financial information).
