Bye Bye Classic View

Just got off the phone with eBay and they confirmed that the Classic View page has been removed. I was told that they've been getting a lot of calls from users complaining about the removal of "classic View", which I also expressed my disappointment. So if you're unhappy to the new view, keep inundating eBay phone lines with your feedback and maybe they'll listen.

Yep so now when you want to see your items for sale you can only see up to 25 at a time. Ebay ineptness at its finest. Only being able to see 200 on a page was bad enough, now a whopping 25. 

I know kids in Middle School who can program better than these stooges (and I am being serious).

It was if it was designed by people who never use Ebay. I was on the phone with Ebay and their own employee said that she found it confusing as well, and some of the staff thought it was a BAD idea.

I agree. Found the classic view gone, and the mess this morning 😞 Briefly went on customer chat & expressed my dislike, then quickly left the chat knowing I wouldn't get helpful or satisfactory answers. Its always this way. Change things, then we all have to adapt. Waste of time trying to speak with reps, because they don't care. Anyway ... the best thing I have found to do so far is look for the selling tab on the right side of computer (don't know about doing this stuff on phones), select active which at least shows item for sale, then clicked the banner type icon to the right of screen name to save active as my home page. To see more than 25 per page, you have to scroll to bottom of page to increase amount per page. I'm sure I will have to re-learn more ... Agggghhh 😞

I tagged your post so that you can see that there are MANY MANY unhappy sellers in regards to this needless change (needless for us seller's anyway.)

I actually talked to a nice lady on the phone who seemed genuine and appeared to be struggling with it herself. Even if the reps don't care, I found out that all calls get recorded so hopefully if enough people call to complain they will listen. To me it just seems like a very simple thing to put back and since they have so many skilled programmers I don't see why it should be such a big problem.

As a seller I notice the on the new ebay format, my listing views count was gone. Views of a listing is very important to sellers.  Ebay want sellers to jump through hoops, get get the views counts back. For every one thing ebay do good for sellers, they take five others away.
