Buyer - won a Bid, But When try to pay for it, gets a message that it is out of stock. Why is that?

One of my buyers has won a bid. But when he tries to pay for it, gets a message saying the item is out of stock. The buyer is aksing me why is that. I don't know how to reply to it. Does anyone have any idea whats going on or Is there any place I can point the buyer to look for? Or Is there a way to do the payment? - URGENT

Then you owe him a nickel. The same **bleep** is happening to me here. I put in an offer. It was accepted. I won. It says "pay now". When I click on it ,it says "out of stock". I'm guessing the seller ran out of them before me,or he never had it. Messaged him 3 times..tumbleweeds. I don't want this looking like I'm not paying the seller. No clue what to do. A "wait and see" situation now.

Ah...ok.

I made an offer..it was accepted the second time. I get a "pay now "notification. When I try to.pay it goes back to the item..but no option to pay. It says "out of stock". Contacted the seller three times. No response. They have decent feedback..above 98 and above 4,000 transactions. Never had this happen. I don't want it looking like I don't want to pay...

I probably just did that wrong ...replied to you instead of posting a new question. Oh well..let's see what happens first. He needs to at least send me an invoice
