I had a buyer purchase some pottery barn scallops seashell pillows about 20 days ago. Yesterday, I received a return request from them saying I sent them the wrong item (I sent starfish pillows instead). I am 100% positive I didn't send them that because I don't even have the starfish pillows. What can I do? I dont want to refund it when this isnt the item I sent.
I would contact the customer and nicely suggest that perhaps they are confusing you will another seller. Then explain that you don't even sell any pillows with starfish on them.
Hopefully it is an innocent mistake on the buyer's part.
