Buyer wants to cancel order

 buy purchased an item on auction yesterday. The item needed some minor repair which was clearly listed and pictured. Today the buyer says he can't make the repair and can I cancel the oreder. No problem I can and will cancel the order. 

My question is will I be credited for the final value fee if I just cancel the order, or do I need to file a non-paying bidder as well.  I really don't want to cause the buyer an issue but I do want the final value fee back.

You select buyer requested cancelation and your FVFs will be credited back to you...
