I have a buyer that is new to ebay and has a zero feedback. He has messaged me and has asked me to ship the item to him prior to paying so that he can decide if the item is authentic or not. Its a belt buckle and there is no COA with it nor was I claiming authenticity or not. I was not contacted by VERO as it being fake. I am wary of this buyer. Is it against ebay policy for a buyer to ask a seller to do this and therefore should I alert ebay? I am sure that there will be a problem with this buyer but I can't cancel the transaction without being dinged. How should I handle it?
