Buyer wants an invoice after they have received the item

I have a buyer that want Me to send them an invoice 3 days after they received the shirt, as far as I knew ebay automatically sends them an invoice after they have paid, I asked this buyer and they say they never got an invoice, I've searched all of ebay and the internet and can't find an option to send another invoice, does this option exist for items already received? How should I go about this?

Pretty sure they had an invoice or they would not have been able to pay.

So they cannot just go to that page where they paid and print off that invoice?

Your buyer need to go to their "My eBay",  click on "Purchase history",  find the item, click on "view order details".  That will show an invoice the buyer can print or save.
