I have a buyer who purchased an item from me that ended up being slightly defective. She wants to return it and would like me to send her a return prepaid label, but I'm not sure how to do that. She opened the return process and my instructions are just to wait until the item comes back and then refund her payment. In the past, I thought I had seen a way to send a return label, but I can't find anything now. Please help!
Thanks.

You can go to your resolution center and find the return request. Look at the action needed section and it will tell you waiting for the buyer to do something or waiting for the seller to respond. If it says waiting for the buyer then that woould be a sign that eBay auto accepted the return and has send the buyer a return shipping label already.
Inside the details for the request you will have options to

Has ebay sent it already ? They have been auto accepting for some sellers and just sending the label. Others they aren't doing it for & seems they have us confused here on the boards.

If they issued the buyer the label this may be why they are saying refund when it comes back, if you don't refund in 2 days after it is tracked back to you they will issue the refund for you.
Here is the link to the graph showing how it is saving all this time for the buyer
