I'm getting returns now right before the 30 days are up. Why does it take 28 days to realize you don't like something or changed your mind. I do not offer free returns. I wonder if they are just finding it cheaper from another seller and returning mine. It can't be that much savings because they are paying for the return. I do not understand what is happening here lately. Is it just lack of respect and courtesy for the sellers? Is selling here becoming a joke? A few have already left FB. Are buyers becoming conditioned that they can get away with anything and everything? I understand they have 30 days, but leaving FB and waiting to the last min to return....come on!! I don't like getting things back after this long, they are usually dirty with cat or dog hair and reek of cigarettes.

If you give them 30 days, some will take advantage of all 30. I'd like to see the 14 day option again.

I was TRS +, so the 30 days was mandatory. I will not offer free returns, so I lost the Plus. What are the benefits of being a top rated seller without the plus? 14 days is no longer an option right, for any category?

I feel your pain. I'm in the same boat and see no advantage to being a TRS. 14 day returns is not an option now, but maybe it will be again if we keep asking for it.

You will still get the shipping discounts I think.

Yes it is - but I forget which categories.
