Buyer trying to scam me

Here's the thing.

i'm selling a Engineering Sample CPU on ebay.  which i've tested it fully working. i have photo & video to prove it.

My title is "i7 7700k Engineering Sample QKYP ratio Unlocked". the photo shows the CPU name is "QKYP".   the description first royal said " the basic clock is 3.7ghz to 4.1ghz."

A UK buyer bought it and said "this is Not 7700k 4.2ghz". which i never said it is 7700k 4.2ghz in my description. and he slander this is fake chinese product.

Now he message me he want full refund but no return. is there any justice in the world????

what can i do?

Beginning in October 2017returns requests may automatically be accepted to make the returns process easier for you and your buyers. eBay will automatically accept a return request and provide a return shipping label to the buyer when the buyer pays for return shipping.

That's if seller accepts returns, which this one does not if his last feedback entry item is typical.

In this instance, where the buyer is claiming you didn't send him something that you didn't sell him (it's not an XYZ and he's right, it's a PDQ, just as was described in the listing), I would respond to the buyer that he did not buy XYZ, he bought PDQ and that's what he recieved, and then escalate.  I have had to do this a number of times and Ebay has always ruled in my favor.
