In reference to Ebay order number (redacted) and your item number (redacted). I have tried 14 times to answer your 5/22 question and Ebay has blocked it each time saying the question by you is unacceptable. Well your question is totally valid. My base station is TRU9465. So this remote cordless hand set and charger base should be compatible . So please complete the transaction and send me the phone . Thank you.

Ebay, please look into this and find out why buyer had to contact me from his other username (not the one he bought with) to answer a technical question about a product sold.

This board consist of buyers/sellers that donate their time to assist others. We are not related to eBay, other than we are users just like you. We have no way of knowing what happened to your transaction.

This is a discussion forum with sellers and buyers discussing issues.  You will have to contact eBay for assistance with that problem.  eBay uses bots to filter messages.  There is likely phrases/numbers/etc.  that is triggering  something to have communication blocked.

@jgrit You can contact eBay using social media. Go to eBay for business on Facebook and send this message to them. They are very good at answering fairly quickly. Most likely there is a simple answer to your issue. Best of luck to you....
