I buyer jerked me around for some sealed US proof sets he won because the boxes were not included. I decided just to unload them below face to him to make a happy customer, not counting s/i, and he still tries to rip me off by claiming he didn't get them. Interestingly enough he left feedback the same day AFTER they showed delivered, April 1st at 10:19AM.
My glass is still half full as I have had 99.999% positive and pleasant experiences with customers over my 20+ years on eBay. You just have to remind yourself to drive through the .001% and continue to do what you believe is a great experience for ALL buyers. By typing this helped me drive through it.
